Alexander Lukashuk's book presentation to be held in Vilnius
On Thursday, May 21, at the Ivan Lutskievich Belarusian Museum (Vilenskaya, 20), a presentation of the new poetry book by Alexander Lukashuk, former editor-in-chief of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Belarusian Service, "Unfinished. A Thin Book," will take place. The book was published by the "Komunikat" foundation.

According to the description, the book contains "lines and rhymes from different years, but from one life, from which everything has been removed except words."
The author, a former long-time director of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Belarusian Service, expresses gratitude to certain "hypostases" (persons): "To Uladzimir Arlou, who wanders through various pages of this book like the ending '-ou' in search of a rhyme; to Nastya Kudasava, who sent one of her poems for its first publication here, and returned another here from the other world; to Uladzimir Nyaklyayew, who repainted my black-and-white romance in color."
