Today, an auction was held for the sale of land plots for the construction of private houses in the Logoisk district. Land in these areas is always in demand, and the bidding confirmed this. For example, 20-30 people applied for land plots in one of the villages, writes Realt.by.

14 plots were offered at the auction in the villages of Belyarutsky, Hainensky, Logoisk, Astrashytsky, and Shvabsky rural councils.
The plot in Syomkava village, on Viasiolkavaya Street, 15, attracted the most interest in the Belyarutsky rural council. Eight people applied for the land. As a result, 12 ares, with an initial price of 16 thousand rubles, were sold for 68.5 thousand rubles (about 25 thousand dollars).
In the Logoisk rural council, the most popular plot was in Augustovo village, on Kolkhoznaya Street, 19B. Six people applied for the land plot of 12 ares, with the possibility of connecting water, electricity, and gas. The land was successfully sold for 86.3 thousand rubles (31 thousand dollars) at an initial price of 25 thousand rubles.
And the plots in the Astrashytsky rural council caused the greatest excitement. The largest number of applications was received for 4 plots in Labunshchyna village. 27, 24, 33, and 29 people registered for each of them.
The competition was for land plots of 10 ares, equipped with electricity, gas, and water supply. They were put up for auction at the same initial price – 15 thousand rubles.
As a result, the plot at Kashtanavaya, 21 was sold for 83.3 thousand rubles (30 thousand dollars), at Kashtanavaya, 23 — for 77 thousand rubles ($28 thousand), at Navaselskaya, 24 — for 85 thousand rubles ($31 thousand), and at Navaselskaya, 26 — for 91 thousand rubles ($33 thousand). The last plot became the most expensive among those sold at today's bidding.
In the Shvabsky rural council, 3 plots were offered, but a buyer was found for only one of them. The land plot on Lesnaya Street in Chabatary village was sold at its initial price plus 5% — for 5250 rubles (1920 dollars).
In the Hainensky rural council, 1 plot was for sale, for which 1 person applied. He purchased the land in Radovichi village for 12 thousand rubles (4420 dollars).
At the highest initial price — 280,000 rubles — a plot of 1.2 hectares in Alyokshitsy village, intended for personal subsidiary farming, was put up for auction. However, no one was willing to buy this plot.
