According to Zelenskyy, there are now signs of preparation for a combined missile and air strike on the territory of Ukraine, including Kyiv. It is claimed that medium-range weapons may be used in such an attack. In this regard, citizens are asked to react carefully to air raid sirens and use shelters if necessary.
Zelenskyy also emphasized that the use of such weapons and the continuation of the war is considered a threat not only to Ukraine but also to international security in general. Therefore, he appealed to Western partners with a request to increase pressure on Russia and act not after attacks have occurred, but proactively — preventively.
Ukraine itself continues to strengthen its air defense and will respond to attacks.
