The most expensive house in Minsk region sold for 1.2 million dollars
This is a cottage near beach #3 of Zaslavskoye Reservoir, the construction of which began in 2022. The residential complex Miruar Spa-Hotel & Villas is located on a plot that in Soviet times was occupied by the restaurant «Zaslavl», writes realt.by.

Despite the new settlement emerging near the village of Zarechye-1, it officially belongs to the agro-town Zdanovichi. The entire complex consists of 44 villas with an area of 290—650 square meters.

As indicated on the project's website, each house includes a swimming pool, hammam, sauna, and gym. The plot promises landscape design with automatic irrigation and lighting, as well as a barbecue area.
Additionally, the territory will feature a Spa-Hotel, beauty salon, gym, and cafe-restaurant. Currently, one part, closer to the village, is still under construction, while another part of the complex, located among the forest and near the beach of Minsk Sea, is already completed.

And it was here (on Prybyarezhnaya Street) in May that the most expensive house was purchased. It was a villa built in 2025 with an area of 597 square meters. It was sold for 1.2 million dollars. By the way, a year ago, a similar cottage cost the buyer a little less — one million dollars.
"Thank you, Lena! Continue your observation." The officer who wrote to Kharysavaya frequented political emigration chats, and even offered to exchange nudes with some girls.
