Rybakov: There were no attempts by the USA to sow discord between us and Russia

Valiantsin Rybakov, Permanent Representative of Belarus to the UN, stated on BT after the meeting between Lukashenka and US Special Envoy John Cohl, that the USA never tried to sow discord between Belarus and Russia.
"Very often I had to answer the question of whether the Americans are trying in any way to influence us in our relations with Russia. I can assure you: this was never — and I have been to many such negotiations — discussed, not once were there any attempts in any way to pit us against Russia, to sow discord, and so on.
The Americans, the current administration, proceed from the fact that we have close, absolutely warm, friendly, kindred, allied relations with the Russian Federation, and there have never been any attempts to interfere in these relations," Rybakov said.
