The fate of the boy who ended up in an orphanage because his mother didn't send him to school has been decided
At the beginning of December, the story of 7-year-old Vanya from near Mozyr became known. On September 16, the child was taken to a shelter after his mother failed to send him to school — this was one of two criteria according to which the boy was later placed in a socially dangerous situation.

Vanya's father, who lived separately at the time, was ready to take him. However, the man was not given his son: his ex-wife had not allowed him to see the child for a year and a half, and therefore, as specialists believed, the child-parent relationship required restoration.
While desperately fighting to bring his son home, the boy's mother ended up in a psychiatric clinic. Yesterday, another meeting of the commission for juvenile affairs took place, and the situation was resolved in favor of the father, writes Onliner.by.
All this time, the man was torn between the orphanage, the psychiatric clinic (the boy's mother is still undergoing treatment), and various authorities. Vladimir repeatedly visited the Mozyr Social and Psychological Center, met with psychologists, and took test after test to prove that despite the forced separation of a year and a half, the warmth in his relationship with his son had not disappeared.
On Tuesday, December 16, another meeting of the commission for juvenile affairs took place, as a result of which it was decided to return Vanya to his father.
— From the very beginning, it was unclear to me why the criteria for a socially dangerous situation also applied to me, when everyone knew: for the last year and a half, Valentina had not allowed me to see my son, ignoring the court's decision. I came to see the child more than 80 times a year, but she never let me in: she simply locked herself in the house. And she didn't take him to school either last year or this year. I submitted an application for my son's enrollment in the first grade twice, but it was rejected because the child did not have the necessary documents, in particular a medical certificate. And it became a vicious circle.
Yesterday, Vanya was already home. For the first time in a year and a half, he spent the evening with his father.
