From the very morning, there have been disruptions in public transport. It shows 7‑point traffic jams. Buses and trolleybuses cannot pass everywhere.
In the metro, the intervals of movement have been reduced. From 9:00 to 16:00, the interval of train traffic on the Moscow and Avtozavodskaya lines will be 3.5 minutes, and on the Zelenoluzhskaya line — 5 minutes.
Today it is better to refrain from all unnecessary trips, especially outside the city. The rescue services will already be working at maximum capacity.

In Gatava in the morning, buses stopped in a circle, passengers had to walk.
Passengers get out of buses and push them to move faster through snow-covered roads. The video also shows how policemen are pushing a trolleybus with varying success.
Calling a taxi is also difficult. In the Yandex Go service in the morning they wrote that «there are no free cars.»
«Once it flashed — the cost was 40‑50 rubles,» said a resident of Minsk to Onliner, who was 23rd in line for a car. — Usually — twice less.» Cars were not available in any of the tariffs.
Public utilities are working around the clock to keep the city clear of snow. In the courtyards organized additional points with shovels so that Minsk residents could help. Internal troops will deploy all-terrain vehicles, armored personnel carriers, Volat and Tigr to clear snow.
All the removed snow from the capital is taken to the landfill in the Moscow region. Every 2‑3 minutes a new MAZ is unloaded there. Since the beginning of Cyclone Uli, there have already been more than 1400 cubic meters of snow there.
