Video of a drone flight over Gomel has appeared. It flew through the city center towards Ukraine
A video has been published online showing a large drone flying over Gomel. In the footage, shot from the very center of the city, the characteristic sound of an engine, resembling that of a motorcycle, is clearly audible.

Despite the industrial landscape in the video, the footage was indeed taken from the very center of the city — from the area of Lenin Square, where the regional executive committee building is located. The camera was directed west, towards dense residential development, the Central Market, and the railway.
Judging by the trajectory of movement (from right to left), the drone flew over strategically important objects — the Gomel railway junction and station — heading south, towards the border with Ukraine.

Earlier, the "Flagstock" publication reported on the possible appearance of a Russian Shahed-136 ("Geran") attack drone over Gomel. The warhead of such devices can contain up to 50 kilograms of explosives.
The official Telegram channel of the Ideology Department of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee reacted to the appearance of video materials with threats of criminal liability for filming drones and publishing footage of unmanned aerial vehicles.
