A few days ago, Minsk residents were warned that an Emergencies Ministry helicopter would be flying over the city in the evening and at night in the near future to conduct aerial photography. Now, rescuers have explained and shown on their Telegram channel exactly how it is carried out.

Aerial photography is conducted to improve the state of the capital's communal services.
With the help of powerful thermal imagers, specialists identify "weak spots" underground: damaged pipes, insulation wear, and flooded chambers. This is important diagnostics before the end of the heating season, to ensure homes remain warm in the upcoming autumn-winter season.
