Three works of Belarusian literature recognized as extremist. As well as the collected works of Tsvikevich, author of the book "Western Russism"
The court of the Partyzanski district of Minsk recognized the website and Instagram page of the knihi.by bookstore — which belonged to Ales Yavdakh, who was recently arrested in the "booksellers' case" — as "extremist" materials. This status was also given to four Belarusian-language books, three of which are literary works, and one is a collection of works by a Belarusian national figure.

The court of the Kastrychnitski district of Minsk recognized the following books as "extremist":
- Kamila Tsen. "Next stop — death";
- Max Shchur. "Where we are not";
- Alexander Tsvikevich. "Historical Works Volume 1",
- Makar Valynkin. "The Last Generation".
Kamila Tsen, Max Shchur, and Makar Valynkin are contemporary Belarusian writers whose works have been published in recent years by emigration publishing houses.
As for Alexander Tsvikevich, he is a well-known Belarusian national figure, the last prime minister of the BNR government-in-exile, who, after its liquidation at the Berlin Conference in October 1925, moved to the BSSR. There he wrote and published a thorough book "Western Russism: Essays on the History of Social Thought in Belarus in the 19th and early 20th centuries." However, immediately after its release, in 1930, he was arrested in the fabricated case of the "Union for the Liberation of Belarus," and in 1937, he was shot. The book also fell under repression and only reached a wide readership in the 1990s, when it was reissued in independent Belarus. This volume, now declared "extremist," also contains it.
