This year, the campaign will be held under the slogan "For an independent nuclear-free Belarus".

The organizing committee coordinates the holding of "Chernobyl Way" actions worldwide with the participation of democratic forces, environmental organizations, and the Belarusian diaspora.

On April 26, a memorial run "Chernobyl Way" dedicated to the liquidators of the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP accident will take place in Vilnius.

With a symbolic run, participants will honor the memory of heroes from Belarus, Ukraine, and Lithuania — those who extinguished fires, decontaminated territories, and built the sarcophagus, sacrificing their health and lives.

It was also reported today that an application has been submitted in Warsaw for an action on April 26.

The march will take place on April 26 at 2 PM from the Copernicus monument to the Maria Skłodowska-Curie monument.
