Large-scale construction planned for Loshytsa this year
The main site for the construction of multi-apartment buildings in the Leninsky district is the Loshytsa microdistricts. This was reported to Minsk-Novosti by Roman Melnik, head of the district administration.

— Yes, the last residential building (house No. 14 according to the master plan) has been commissioned in Loshytsa-9. Loshytsa-10 will be supplemented with six houses; specifically, we plan to commission the first of them in June, two houses are under construction, and by the end of the year, we will begin the erection of another one. Two new buildings will be located on the site of an unfinished parking lot near Luchyna Street in Loshytsa-8, with construction starting in the fourth quarter of 2026, — Roman Melnik shared the details.
Large-scale development awaits Loshytsa-5: 20 residential buildings, kindergartens for 190 and 230 places, a school, and a polyclinic for adults will appear. Development of the microdistrict will begin in the second quarter.
Additionally, plans include the construction of one residential building on Strelkova Street and five on Rybalko Street.
— Of course, we are taking measures to prevent difficulties with infrastructure and social facilities. Specifically, in 2021, Secondary School No. 224 for 1,020 students opened in Loshytsa-9. In October 2025, a children's polyclinic opened its doors in the Loshytsa-9 microdistrict, designed for 480 visits per day, — the head of the district administration reminded.
