Belarusbank introduces new card limits to protect customers from fraudsters
Belarusbank announced that it is introducing restrictions to enhance the security of card operations. Starting from June 15, 2026, limits will apply to transfers to Belarusian companies related to gambling, as well as to transfers and payments for purchases abroad.

"These measures help protect customers from fraud and unauthorized debits," the statement says.
Starting from June 15, 2026, restrictions on operations made within one month will be introduced:
- for debit cards of individuals: the total amount of transfers to foreign bank cards and payments, including online, outside Belarus — up to 89,000 rubles;
- for corporate cards: the total amount of payments outside Belarus, including online — up to 899,000 rubles.
