The well-known bar-restaurant "Insomnia" in the historic center of Minsk is for sale. The advertisement appeared on the Realt platform.
The establishment has been operating on Herzen Street since 2012. The bar specializes in a nighttime work format and is open daily from 19:00 to 05:00. The asking price for the property is 745.5 thousand rubles (about 255 thousand dollars at the current exchange rate).
The advertisement states that the restaurant is located in one of the city's busiest locations. The price includes a year-round terrace of 95 square meters, as well as an outdoor summer terrace of 97.8 square meters.
