Hundreds of girls jumped on mini-trampolines in the center of Minsk
It was a large-scale jumping training session.
On Sunday, the International Jumping Convention 2.0 was held on the Nemiga embankment. The area in front of the Palace of Sports turned into a huge open-air fitness hall: during the day, hundreds of participants simultaneously jumped on mini-trampolines, writes Onliner.by.
Jumping is a fitness trend in which exercises are performed on a small individual trampoline with a handle. During the workout, participants jump, run in place, squat, and perform other exercises — all to music and in the rhythm of the instructor.
Visually, it most resembles a mix of group fitness, dance training, and trampoline jumping.
Amateurs and trainers from various cities of Belarus, as well as from other countries, came to Minsk for the event. Many trampolines were set up on the large area, and invited presenters led the training. Participants repeated their movements, which were also broadcast on large screens.
The daytime program was mainly dedicated to jumping itself — a general open-air workout and team performances.
Later there was a DJ set, a rock concert, and a special strength block with drumsticks accompanied by a drummer.
