Hantsavichy to start producing a new type of snack for Belarus
Hantsavichy bakery plans to expand its product range and be the first in Belarus to set up the production of extruded crackers. Similar snacks are already sold on the Belarusian market, but so far they are only produced by foreign manufacturers, writes Tochka.by.

A new workshop is planned to open as part of the development program for the Pripyat Polesia region. It will produce crackers from grain raw materials, which are processed at high temperature and under pressure. After exiting the extruder, the mass increases in volume and acquires a light, porous structure. The result is a crispy and fluffy snack that can be eaten separately or used for breading.
One of the main directions of the plant's work now is the production of corn sticks. The enterprise produces up to 4 tons of such products per day. The assortment is also constantly expanding.
Recently, the plant began producing corn sticks for baby food. Their oil and powdered sugar content has been minimized.
In addition, in the near future, the enterprise plans to launch mass production of cherry-flavored corn sticks.
