Evacuated residents of Oleshky will be transported to Ukraine via Belarus
Residents of the city of Oleshky in Kherson Oblast, who wish to evacuate to Ukrainian-controlled territory, are planned to be transported by a Russian military aircraft via Anapa and Belarus. This is evidenced by documents, photos of which were published by Fox News.

As follows from these documents, residents of Oleshky will be accompanied by a Ukrainian delegation led by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets. First, a Russian Ministry of Defense aircraft will transport the people to Anapa, and on October 31 they are supposed to fly to Gomel.
The document also mentions subsequent repatriation events for residents of cities in Kherson Oblast. These are planned to be held at least once a month with the assistance and coordination of the First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump.
Oleshky, which is under Russian control, has in recent months found itself in a situation close to a humanitarian catastrophe. The city is constantly shelled, and there is almost no possibility to leave, as most roads are mined.
At the end of October, through the mediation of Melania Trump, Russia and Ukraine agreed on a local ceasefire to allow residents to leave the city. The silence regime began to operate on October 27 and, according to the agreement, is to continue until November 1.
