Suspects in Starlink station arson in Poland arrested in Germany. They are foreigners
Two Turkish citizens, suspected of arson at a Starlink ground station in Wola Krokowska, Poland, have been arrested in Germany. This was reported on October 12 by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

According to Donald Tusk, the arrests were made at the request of the Polish side. He called the incident another act of hybrid warfare and stated that those responsible for the sabotage would face Polish justice.
Chief Commandant of the Polish Police, Inspector General Marek Boron, stated that Polish law enforcement officers identified and reconstructed the preparation for the arson, as well as the escape route of the suspects from the scene. The investigation secured records proving these actions.
A special group was created for the investigation, which focused on identifying individuals involved in the alleged sabotage. The operation was conducted in cooperation with the Internal Security Agency of Poland. Employees of the Polish and German police, Europol, the German Federal Criminal Police Office, and police services from four German federal states also participated.
According to Boron, the collected evidence clearly indicates that the incident was an act of sabotage. The arrested individuals are now awaiting transfer to the Polish side under the procedure provided by the European Arrest Warrant.
The fire at the Starlink ground station in Wola Krokowska occurred on the evening of September 23. The Polish Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation into the act of sabotage and a crime of a terrorist nature committed for the benefit of foreign intelligence.
Commenting on the incident in September, Tusk said he did not want to draw conclusions without full certainty whether it was sabotage or an accident, but noted that the situation looked unpleasant.
