Tuapse Local Oil Refinery Burns After Drone Attack, Casualties Reported
On the night of April 16, a large-scale drone attack occurred in the Krasnodar Krai. According to reports from local residents and monitoring resources, a strong fire broke out at the Tuapse oil refinery after a series of explosions.

OSINT analysts report that the Tuapse oil refinery, owned by Rosneft, is engulfed in flames. Eyewitnesses are publishing footage of smoke visible for kilometers from the facility.
This plant is part of a single complex with a large maritime terminal. Through it, large-scale supplies of oil products are exported, making it a key hub for the region's economy.
Regional governor Sergei Boyko reported that two children were killed and two adults were injured in the attack. Classes in all educational institutions in the city have been canceled.
