Today an auction was held for the sale of land plots into private ownership for the construction of residential buildings and personal subsidiary farming in the Minsk and Berezinsky districts. Realt writes about its results.
In total, 23 plots were put up for auction, 22 of them in the Minsk district and 1 in the Berezinsky district.
Borovlyansky Rural Council offered 5 plots for auction.
Two plots in Leskovka on Schastlivaya street, 17A and 17B, have an area of 22 ares each. They were put up for auction at the same starting price - 250,000 rubles each. Electricity and gas can be supplied to the future houses.
5 applications were submitted for the first lot. It was sold for 535,897 rubles (192,326 dollars at the National Bank exchange rate).
7 applications were received for the second lot. It was bought for 536,000 rubles (192,363 dollars).
A plot in Malinovka on Tsentralnaya street, 65B, has 12 ares, also with electricity and gas. 3 people claimed it. With a starting price of 150,000 rubles, the plot was sold for 215,000 rubles (77,160 dollars).
The largest plot (25 ares) with electricity and gas in the village of Valeryanovo was put up at the highest starting price - 306,342 rubles. One application was submitted for it. The lot was sold to the sole applicant for 321,659 rubles (115,439 dollars).
Kolodishchansky Rural Council offered two land plots for auction.
One plot is located in the village of Gorodishche on Tenistaya street, 19A. The area of the plot is 14 ares, with the possibility of supplying electricity and gas. 5 people wanted to buy the plot. With a starting price of 80,500 rubles, the lot was sold for 172,559 rubles (61,929 dollars).
The second land plot is located in the agro-town of Kolodishchi on Serebristaya street, 33. It has 16 ares, equipped with electricity, gas, and water supply. It was put up for auction for 150,000 rubles. 10 applications were received for the lot.
As a result, it was sold for 475,000 rubles (170,471 dollars).
