A house in the elite village of Laparavichy near Minsk is being sold for $2.1 million. Star neighbors — Domracheva and Hleb — as a bonus
The owner is a wheeler-dealer close to Viktar Sheiman.

The two-story house, with an area of 500 square meters, was built according to the trends of 2019 — "quiet luxury" as it is.
On the first floor is a living room. Generous light, even on the gloomiest day, is provided by huge windows (their height is more than 3.2 meters).

The designers who worked on the project skillfully thought out how to divide the 150-square-meter space into functional zones: a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. A study is also located on the first floor.
Walls that imitate cold concrete and rock serve as a neutral background for bright upholstered furniture.

On the second floor, a 40-square-meter hall connects three bedrooms. From the photos, it can be seen that one of them was designated as a children's room. There isn't much furniture here, so the future owner has the opportunity to purchase everything to their own taste.

But the main feature of the second floor is a room that can be used either as a winter garden or as a private gym. From there, a magnificent view of the Minsk Sea opens up.

The area of the plot itself is 15 ares. A landscape designer worked on it. Rare plantings can be seen here. The spa area with a barbecue and a heated composite pool deserves special attention.

They are asking $2.1 million for this villa. An unobvious bonus is the stellar company of neighbors. Nearby, properties are owned by Olympic champions Darya Domracheva and Siarhei Novikau, Chairman of the Belarusian Biathlon Federation Andrian Tsibulski, as well as footballers — BATE Barysaw legend Vitali Rodionov, Belarus national team coach Viktar Hancharenka, and the best footballer in Belarusian history Aliaksandr Hleb.
As for the owner himself, he is a non-public figure. According to Belpol, this is 34-year-old Yury Kruk. He is the director of the Interregional Crushing and Sorting Plant, whose founder is Viktar Sheiman's young wife.
In the mid-2010s, Kruk was apprehended by GUBOP (Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption). He was charged with extortion, coercion to repay debts, and drugs. However, in the end, the guy received only 2 years of "khimiya" (a type of restricted freedom sentence).
How Kruk ended up on Sportivnaya Street in Laparavichy among elite athletes is unclear.
