The banners reportedly contained appeals to Vladimir Putin and the head of «Rosneft», Igor Sechin, demanding the return of earned money.
City Mayor Dmitry Zaplutaev confirmed the fact of the protest, stating that the administration and security forces are already negotiating with the protesters.
