Fire in the center of Minsk extinguished

It took several hours to extinguish.

The fire in Minsk on Lenin Street has been extinguished, Sergey Novik, who commanded its extinguishing, reported at three in the morning.

Yesterday afternoon in Minsk, a building caught fire at Karla Marksa Street, 35 / Lenina Street, 11, built in 1953 in the neoclassical style.

The roof and attic of the six-story residential building were burning. The burning area was more than a thousand square meters and was divided into four combat sections. 27 units of equipment and more than 120 employees of the rescue department were involved.

Employees of the Republican Special Purpose Detachment "ZUBR" also worked at the fire site.
