Indonesian television showed how challenging it was for the politician to walk along the red carpet.

Alexander Lukashenka was on a visit to Indonesia on July 1-2. In Jakarta, at the local Independence Palace, he was solemnly welcomed — with an orchestra, a guard of honor, children with flags, and volleys from salute cannons.
However, walking along the red carpet was not easy for Lukashenka. He walked with a limp, periodically wiping sweat from his face in +30°C weather and adjusting his suit, which apparently clung to his body. Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto walked beside him wearing sunglasses.
While the anthem was playing, it was clear how Lukashenka was breathing heavily after climbing the steps.
When Lukashenka just arrived at the palace, Kolya got out of the car with him and stood at the palace entrance, monitoring the situation as if he were a guard.
