Russian authorities presented their version of the attack on a bus from Belarus near Bryansk. The first official comment was published in the Telegram channel by the interim governor of Bryansk region, Yegor Kovalchuk.

According to Yegor Kovalchuk, the Belarusian bus was allegedly attacked by an aircraft-type drone. The emergency incident occurred at the 'Chervony Kamen' border crossing in the Zlynkovsky district of Bryansk region.
Two bus drivers sustained shrapnel wounds. A medical team immediately arrived at the scene, and necessary assistance was provided, — commented the acting head of the region.
Kovalchuk said that after this attack, psychologists worked with the passengers at a temporary accommodation point. They were provided with hot meals.
When a bus from Gomel arrived, Belarusian citizens were transported to the Gomel region. Six Russian citizens remained in Bryansk region and are currently at a temporary accommodation point, where all necessary conditions have been created for them.
