Lukashenka on the DPRK: Under the wise leadership of great leaders, the country has achieved significant success
Alexander Lukashenka congratulated North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on the Day of the Formation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, his press service reports.

Lukashenka noted that under the wise leadership of great leaders [Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il, and Kim Jong Un — NN], whose names are inscribed in golden letters in the annals of history, the DPRK has achieved significant success. This is convincingly evidenced by the growth of the population's welfare, an increase in production rates, and economic development, he stressed.
"It is pleasant to note the active expansion of ties between Minsk and Pyongyang. I recall with particular warmth the official visit to your wonderful capital in March 2026. I am glad that all agreements reached during productive meetings are being implemented in a timely manner in the interests of the peoples of our countries. I look forward to continuing a constructive dialogue," the congratulatory message reads.
