A historical building, a 19th-century postal station, has been put up for auction again in the Vitebsk region. A couple of years ago, the station complex with a coachman's annex in the village of Pahrabyonka, Sianno district, was offered for 38 thousand rubles.

Now, the building is ready to be transferred to a new owner for just 126 rubles. The bidding will take place in January on the electronic platform «BUTB-Maimaść» (Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange — Property), writes Realt.by.
A century and a half ago, today's road R87 on the eastern outskirts of the Sianno district was a busy «highway,» or rather, a postal route leading from Kyiv to St. Petersburg. Dozens of postal station complexes have been preserved along the entire route to this day, where passing carriages could rest, change postal horses, and exchange mail between postmen.

One of these stations preserved in the Vitebsk region is the postal station near the village of Pahrabyonka.
Features of this stone building, with an area of 115 square meters, include elongated Gothic-style windows and a forged canopy over the entrance. In Soviet times, the building housed a shop.

According to the auction terms, after purchase, the new owner can use the building for administrative and socio-cultural purposes. It is worth noting that the station complex with a coachman's annex and outbuildings (for demolition) has the status of a historical and cultural value of the 2nd category.

The auction for the sale of the postal station in the Sianno district will take place on January 23 on the electronic platform «BUTB-Maimaść». The initial price of the object is 126 rubles.
