Polish army intercepted Russian plane over the Baltic and detected probes from Belarus
In the morning, over international waters of the Baltic Sea, Polish fighters intercepted and escorted out of the zone of responsibility a Russian reconnaissance aircraft, reports the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces.

The Operational Command also reports objects entering Polish airspace from Belarus. Most likely, these are contraband balloons that moved in accordance with the direction and speed of the wind.
For safety, a part of the airspace over Podlaskie Voivodeship was temporarily closed to civilian air traffic.
