Lukashenka signed a law introducing responsibility for "propaganda" of childlessness and homosexuality
Alexander Lukashenka signed the law "On Amendments to Codes on Administrative Responsibility". This is the first major update of these codes since 2021, when the authorities felt an urgent need to change them for more effective political repression.

The current changes expand the list of administrative offenses. Among the new provisions are responsibility for illegal operations with crypto-assets (tokens), violations in the quality and coverage of mobile communication services, as well as violations in the acquisition of official vehicles.
A separate block of the document concerns so-called "traditional values". Fines of up to 900 rubles are introduced for the propaganda of homosexual relations, gender change, pedophilia, and childlessness. If such actions are committed against minors, sanctions are strengthened and may include a fine of up to 1350 rubles or administrative arrest.
The law also strengthens measures for the prevention of offenses among teenagers and introduces separate procedures for educational influence.
Opportunities for exemption from responsibility are also expanded — for example, upon voluntary compensation for environmental damage or correction of errors in documents.
The administrative process is simplified: complaints can be submitted electronically, and some cases can be considered without the personal participation of an individual at their request.
In total, about 150 articles of the codes are being amended to, as stated, bring them into line with other laws and application practices.

Я супраць такой прапаганды, але ж і штрафы гэта дрэнны шлях. Можа і трэба спыняць фінансаванне такой прапаганды, але ж звычайных людзей не трэба чапаць.
