Now, the functions of the TLScontact visa center in Minsk are gradually being transferred to a new service provider — VFS Global. At the same time, the TLScontact visa center on Nemiga Street, 40 will continue accepting applicants until June 30, 2026. You can sign up for the queue there until April 30.
Starting from May 1, 2026, new applicants will need to register through the VFS Global system. For this, a separate online instruction for registration will be available.
It is separately noted that special rules for submitting documents will be published for some categories of applicants — for example, family members of EU citizens living in Italy, as well as family members of Belarusians legally residing in Italy.
The Embassy emphasizes that during the transitional period, it will strive to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the system. General requirements for processing Schengen visas will remain unchanged.
