By decree of Alexander Lukashenka, Colonel of internal service Dmitry Golubev, who previously headed the Ministry of Emergency Situations department in the Mogilev region, has been appointed Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations.

Simultaneously, Igor Bolotov, who previously held this position, was relieved of his duties. He was dismissed from service in the Ministry of Emergency Situations system due to reaching the age limit and transferred to the reserve, while retaining the right to wear the uniform and insignia.
