The most significant innovation is that when buying a used car, a repeated vehicle inspection will no longer be required if the car already has a valid permit for admission to road traffic. This means that the new owner will be able to use the car without an additional verification procedure.
Also, the organization responsible for issuing permits for the operation of diagnostic stations has been changed — these functions are transferred to the Transport Inspectorate of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
In addition, restrictions on the list of legal entities that can conduct tests of special transport, such as refrigerators and isothermal vans, are abolished.
The document also contains other technical and organizational changes in the vehicle inspection system.
