Karaev inspected Mir after complaints that tourists have nowhere to eat there
Next year will mark the 500th anniversary of Mir Castle.

On July 14, Yury Karaev, head of the Hrodna region, arrived in Mir for an inspection.
Since next year Mir Castle, included in the UNESCO World Heritage list, will celebrate its 500th anniversary, preparations for the jubilee were discussed.
Karaev also instructed to survey the residents of the settlement to determine the most convenient location for a market.

Trade and parking zones will be demarcated near Mir Castle. "This will allow streamlining traffic flows, eliminating chaotic parking near the historical site, and simultaneously ensuring convenient access for tourists and local residents to trading points," stated the "Pool 4 Region" channel.
Let us remind you that recently tourists raised the problem that there is nowhere to eat in Mir — everything is occupied for special servicing of tourist buses.
Philip Huly, head of the Republican Union of Tourist Industry, later said that Mir and Nesvizh are overloaded with tourists due to the influence of bloggers and social networks.
