From February 13-15, the International Poetic Festival "Verses on Asphalt" in memory of Mikhas Straltsou will take place at the Museum of Free Belarus in Warsaw (ul. Foksal, 11).

Launched in 2012 in Minsk, the festival has been held in Vilnius for the past four years, but this year it decided to reach out to a new audience, writes bellit.info.
Among the planned events are the award ceremony for the laureate of the Mikhas Straltsou Literary Prize, discussions, presentations of Belarusian poetry of 2025, meetings with writers from Podlachia, foreign fellow poets from Germany, Norway, Poland, and Ukraine, an evening for graduates of the Young Writer's School, and the traditional "Night of Poetry".
The detailed festival program will be announced on February 2.
Throughout all three days of the "Verses on Asphalt" festival, a Belarusian book fair will take place.
