On the night of February 17, a large-scale drone attack on the Russian Federation took place. The Ilsky oil refinery is burning in Krasnodar Krai after the night attack.

In Krasnodar Krai, the Ilsky oil refinery was attacked and is burning, local residents reported overnight. Local authorities confirmed that the main impact was on the Ilsky oil refinery, where a strong fire started. Damage to a locomotive depot was also reported.
In parallel, in Sevastopol, the attack was called one of the «longest attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in recent times».
«Throughout the night, air defense forces and our Black Sea Fleet repelled the attack. This was one of the longest attacks on Sevastopol in recent times. A total of over 24 UAVs were shot down,» local authorities reported.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of more than fifty drones over Crimea, the waters of the Black and Azov Seas, as well as over the Kaluga, Bryansk, and Kursk regions.
