Private Companies Required to Hire an Ideologue — We Asked What Companies Are Doing
An ideologue in state-owned enterprises is nothing new. But for many private companies, "letters of happiness" from state bodies demanding the introduction of an ideologue into their staff come as a surprise — such a practice began last year.
Indeed, instructions to hire an ideologue recently came to the architectural studio ZROBIM architects, as shared on social networks by one of its co-founders, Andrus Bezdar. The bureau's team consists of over 60 people.

A similar letter also came to a private company dealing with pharmaceuticals, as told by one of its former employees.
“We received an order from the Ministry of Health about the urgent creation of a trade union cell. Everyone was gathered in one room, and the letter was read by a woman from the HR department. ‘Well, let’s vote.’ Everyone then voted against it, and we dispersed.”
The next letter to the company came about two months later. Its tone was stricter.
“It was strongly advised there to create a cell to enable further work. We gathered again, voted — and again everyone was against it.”
Revenge for this was the recommended change of director to the owner and the dismissal of people who had previously been detained under political articles.
“Instead of the old chief engineer, a ‘suitable’ man arrived. He also became an ideologue. Naturally, a trade union was also created — without any voting,” says the interlocutor.
Another employee of a private construction company said that in February they received a letter with a 'request' to report on the presence of an ideologue on staff.
“This was strange, because it's as if we ourselves should have felt the need for such a specialist, but we are all working people, working physically (except for the lawyer and accountant). If pushed, as a manager, I will take on the duties of an ideologue myself. But we definitely don't have extra money for a separate position, especially such an idle one. And the director can 'combine' it. Also, deputies or someone from the HR department can be ideologues, as they explained to us. But then I will be forced to report on the work performed…” the man says, confused.
Additionally, private enterprises continue to actively hold unified information days, where employees are provided with ideologically correct political information — primarily about Lukashenka and the successes of his policies.

All this is Lukashenka's Directive No. 12 of April 9, 2025, 'On the Implementation of the Foundations of the Ideology of the Belarusian State,' in action. In the same year, 2025, First Deputy Head of the Administration Uladzimir Piartsou emphasized that ideological work must extend to all economic entities, regardless of their form of ownership.
“Representatives of the private sector must also get involved in ideological work. At a minimum, trade union organizations or cells of public associations and political parties must be created there. These are our citizens, and they should not be restricted in these rights,” he argued at the meeting.

У них нет ни идеи, ни задач, ни целей, ни понимания движения и направления движения страны ( не путаем личные, шкурные цели с национальными целями страны и Народа Беларуси).
Если под их целями понимать уничтожение всего национального, беларуского, уничтожение национальных интересов Народа Беларуси и интересов Национального Государства Беларусов, то они находятся на правильном пути, тогда понятно предназначение этих идеологов и почему они их, всюду, как затычек, пихают во все дыры.
То, что выдают за "идеологию" лукашенко, лукашисты, ябатьки, это - национальные интересы русских, России, русского мира России в Беларуси и шкурные интересы семейства лукашенок и их холуёв, и больше - НИ-ЧЕ-ГО!
Национальные смыслы беларусов подменены смыслами семейства лукашенок и смыслами русского мира России !
