A Belarusian uploaded a video to TikTok showing a ZIL truck with firewood driving straight across the river. The video was shot on September 11 in the Olshany area of Stolin district.
The author of the video explained that people live on the island and he is bringing them firewood. In the comments, some users suggested that the video might have been created with the help of artificial intelligence. Others noted that the ZIL allegedly could have crossed the Pripyat in this location before, in 2015.
Judging by the geographical landmarks mentioned by the author — the island and Olshany — this could refer to the area of the "Pripyatski Stan" tourist complex. It is located on Kuren Island in the Olshany village council.
