Gas stations opposed price regulation in their stores at fuel stations
Fuel station networks appealed to the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) with a request to abolish price regulation for them, the ministry's press service reported.

Key market players, including the state concern "Belneftekhim", the private network "A-100 AZS", as well as foreign operators — "Gazpromneft-Belnaftoprodukt", "LUKOIL Belarus", and "Tatbelnaftoprodukt" — addressed the ministry with a collective appeal.
Businesses insisted that the specifics of roadside service operations require greater flexibility in determining trade markups, which are currently limited by the state.
Fuel station networks need to compensate for high operating costs and maintain a 24/7 operating format.
Nevertheless, after analyzing the positions of various state bodies and possible consequences, MART did not support the proposal.
At the same time, the ministry noted that it is ready to continue working on "improving" the regulation system.
A monument to pilots Nichyparchyk and Kukanenka was erected near St. Sophia in Polotsk. But not even a plane of the model on which they died, but a Stalin-era airplane
