In Ratomka, the most expensive apartment in the Minsk region was sold in April
The residential complex "Pirs" was once considered one of the most ambitious projects in the real estate market of Belarus. This quarter near the Minsk Sea became the first closed club settlement outside the capital. It was here in April that an apartment was sold, becoming the most expensive in the Minsk region, writes Realt.by.
The residential complex "Pirs" is located on the outskirts of the village of Ratomka, directly across the road from the Minsk Sea. It takes only 10 minutes to get here by car.
In April, a three-room apartment was purchased in one of the complex's buildings, topping the list of deals in the Minsk region. The 106-square-meter apartment was bought for 430 thousand dollars (or 2961 dollars per square meter). By the way, the apartment in "Pirs" in a 2019-built house cost the buyer more than the most expensive houses sold in April in all regions except Minsk.
Currently, about 15 apartments are for sale in "Pirs".
The least expensive option is a one-room apartment with finishes. The dwelling is located on the sixth floor of a monolithic city house. The total area of the apartment with a view of the Minsk Sea is 33 square meters. The apartment with furniture and built-in appliances was valued at 238 thousand rubles, or 85 thousand dollars (7232 rubles, or 2576 dollars per meter).
One of the most expensive offers is a penthouse in an urban villa. The total area of this apartment is 248 square meters. The apartment, consisting of a kitchen-dining room, a living room, and three bedrooms, is offered without finishes. The dwelling is the only one on the floor, with a huge terrace.
Ceiling height is 3.5 meters. The cost of the apartment is 1.6 million rubles, or 590 thousand dollars (6665 rubles, or 2374 dollars per meter).
