Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine revealed how many Ukrainians are currently abroad
More than 8 million Ukrainians are currently forced to be abroad, and the authorities intend to take steps for their return home, stated Andriy Sybiha, Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, speaking in the Verkhovna Rada.

"For us, this is indeed becoming a security challenge. We state directly that necessary measures will be taken, necessary steps developed, to stimulate or create proper conditions for the return of Ukrainians home. This is the main strategic goal," he said.
Sybiha noted that for the return of refugees, first and foremost, security conditions must be created within the country. This issue, according to him, is being discussed with Kyiv's partners, writes RBC-Ukraine.
"We also see that not all countries are interested in the return of Ukrainians, given the contribution of our citizens to the development of economies, their level of qualification, and adaptability in these countries. Therefore, we will actually still have to fight for our people to return," added the diplomat.
