Embassy of Poland in Minsk changed the procedure for submitting visa applications based on the Karta Polaka

As of June 1, 2026, the consular section of the Embassy of Poland in Minsk stopped accepting applications for national visas based on the Karta Polaka via email.

Previously, Karta Polaka holders could reserve a visa appointment by sending an email. Today, this communication channel is closed until further notice.

Now, individuals wishing to obtain a national visa based on the Karta Polaka must register and book appointment dates through the official website of the VFS Global visa center.

The embassy does not specify the reasons for the change in procedure.
