Museum of the 19th-Century Crimean War Burned Down in Sevastopol. Russians Report Drone Strikes
The panorama «Defence of Sevastopol 1854—1855», created at the beginning of the 20th century by Franz Roubaud, has been almost destroyed as a result of a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, announced Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev in his Telegram channel.

«The situation is extremely difficult: it is already clear that Franz Roubaud's great masterpiece has been almost destroyed. Barbarians and inhumans deliberately struck at what is dear to us, trying to destroy our essence. Only complete scumbags could do such a thing — deliberately hitting a museum,» he wrote.

Earlier, Razvozhaev stated that a fire broke out on the roof of the museum-panorama building after an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 83 people and 22 units of equipment from the Sevastopol rescue service and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations are working at the scene.
