Results of investigation into student beating complaint at Polotsk sports school revealed
After the report from the child's mother about her son being beaten during a judo training session appeared online, the management of the sports school, the sports department of the Polotsk District Executive Committee, the district police department (RAUS), and medical services reacted to the situation, reports "Polotsky Vestnik". Allegedly, no violations have been found so far.

The state publication reports that, according to the children's polyclinic, no signs of beating or bodily injuries were found on the boy's face and hands. Only a small scratch on his forehead was recorded. Video surveillance camera recordings at the sports facility were also reviewed.
On the day of the incident, the mother with her son and the coach were invited to the Polotsk District Department of Internal Affairs (RAUS). According to the results of the conversation, it is reported that no offenses were established, and the parties stated that they had no claims against each other.
Nevertheless, an official investigation into the incident at the sports school is ongoing.
Earlier, a video by Anna Zakharava, a mother of three and a blogger, appeared on social media, gathering tens of thousands of views and thousands of comments across various platforms within a day. In it, the woman tearfully recounted that her son Klim was beaten by his peers during a judo training session at the Polotsk Sports School for Children and Youth of Olympic Reserve (SDYUSHOR) – and with the coach's consent.
