"Absolutely Rotten Inside." Belarusians are Dissatisfied with the Quality of Exotic Fruits from Vietnam in Stores
Recently, an overseas guest arrived in Belarusian stores — soursop, popular in Vietnam and South American countries. However, its exotic nature pleased far from everyone. On Threads, Belarusians began to complain that the fruits are most often rotten, even if they don't look like that externally, noted the publication Blizko.by.

Minsk resident Maria bought the fruit and shared her impressions:
"We saw it for the first time and decided to try it. As a result, we got rot. That's how you buy exotic fruit in Belarus," the girl wrote disappointedly.

In addition to the unappetizing appearance, according to Maria, the taste also suffered: instead of a sweet taste, the fruit turned out to be watery and bland.
In the comments, another disappointed exotic fruit lover was found:
"We bought a green fruit, but that didn't save us from it being rotten. We returned it, bought a harder one to ripen at home without packaging. As a result, the second one also turned out to be rotten," said user Anastasia.

Other users gave advice on choosing a fresh soursop.
A healthy fruit should have a bright green skin and be soft to the touch. Additionally, the fruit spoils very quickly, even when uncut, so it should be eaten as soon as possible. But considering the long journey from Vietnam to Belarus, it's probably better not to even look at such fruit in the store.
