During one of the discussions at the "New Belarus 2026" conference, Pavel Latushka speculated: an window of opportunities for Belarus will open when Russia has no means to sustain its proxy. This window is approaching because oil refineries are burning in Russia, Wildberries is facing issues, and the authorities cannot place federal loan bonds.
