A new house with apartments from 35 sq.m. is being built in Novaya Borovaya. The cheapest one is $86 thousand
In the Avia-quarter of Novaya Borovaya, a house with 5 entrances and 172 apartments will be built. Besides standard options, there will be residences with terraces, storage rooms, and even ready-made finishes. The price per square meter starts from $1767 at the current exchange rate, writes realt.by.
House 14.3 will become part of the "Solar Glare" group, during the construction of which mature trees will be preserved as much as possible. All infrastructure will be within walking distance: parking lots, shops, cafes. Across the road – two schools, a kindergarten, and a stadium. In the Avia-quarter itself, a children's playground in the shape of a propeller will appear, as well as numerous recreation areas with gazebos, cloud-swings, and walking paths.
When designing the new house, architects were inspired by sunbeams. The facades will be executed in gradient shades of the sky, complemented by white elements resembling clouds, and a bright horizontal accent in the form of a sunbeam. The house will have variable height – from 6 to 9 floors.
Apartments range from 35 to 115 square meters: from Euro-two-room apartments to spacious five-room options. Some apartments will have storage rooms. Those who will live on the ground floor will be able to use their own terraces.
Apartments with developer finishes will be available in the house: Basic with a fully equipped kitchen or a pre-finish White Box format with a finished bathroom. In the version with a kitchen, the apartment will be equipped with built-in appliances: a refrigerator, an extractor hood, an induction hob, an oven, and a microwave oven.
Apartment sales have already started. The price per square meter starts from $1767 in equivalent. It turns out that the most budget-friendly apartment will cost the equivalent of $86,725.
All entrances in the house will be pass-through and barrier-free, with stroller rooms, pet washing stations, elevators, and designer interiors. The design will use calm white-blue shades, mirrored decorative elements, and warm accent lighting that continues the theme of solar reflections.
The main idea of the enclosed courtyard will be the natural phenomenon of the halo – a luminous ring around the sun. The space will be unified by three circular platforms symbolizing the sun. For children, there will be play complexes with a slide, swings, a sandbox, and spring rockers. The courtyard will also feature bicycle storage boxes, urban gardens, and quiet recreation areas.
Two parking lots with 300 and 150 spaces are planned near the house. Cars can also be left in the nearest parking lot.
The new house will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
