Driver caught near Vitebsk going 172 km/h

A Ford car was recorded at the 16th kilometer of the R-20 «Vitebsk — Polotsk — Latvian border» highway. The car was traveling at a speed of 172 km/h, which exceeded the permitted limit by 82 km/h.

For the violation, the driver was fined 8 basic units — 360 Belarusian rubles.

Traffic police officers also warned the man that if he repeats such a violation, he could be deprived of the right to drive vehicles.
