"Bysol" launched traditional fundraiser for children of political prisoners before September 1
They plan to raise 10,000 euros, with 100 euros allocated per child.

"This is a charitable fundraiser in support of the youngest — children of Belarusian political prisoners, both in Belarus and abroad. It is in our hands to truly help them," reports "Bysol".
It is noted that every year "Bysol" receives about two hundred applications for participation in children's school fundraisers like this one. Families where both parents or one parent are imprisoned or have been convicted for political reasons apply for assistance. In most cases, such families are in a difficult situation, and preparing a child for school becomes an additional financial burden for them.
The 100 euro assistance within the Children's Fundraiser helps cover the most essential expenses: purchasing school supplies and at least some school clothing. These are simple things, without which it is difficult for a child to feel equal to their peers. It is also our way of showing both children and adults that there are many caring people nearby.
100 euros will be paid for each child up to 16 years of age.
The total amount is indicated taking into account bank and payment system commissions.
Applications for assistance are accepted until August 21 inclusive.
Who can apply for assistance?
- families of political prisoners with children, where one or both parents have been imprisoned for at least three months (including "chemistry" with or without referral);
- former political prisoners with children, released after January 1, 2024.
To receive assistance, you need to fill out the form. If you are concerned about your safety, fill it out without sending documents. "Bysol" will contact you and clarify the necessary information.
