The "Vyacha" recreation center is located in the area of Pilnitsa village, in a forest array on the shore of the reservoir. The total area of the plots is almost 6 hectares with the right of permanent use.
The object is sold as one lot, which includes the room stock: more than 70 sleeping and Finnish houses, pavilions, administrative buildings.
Plus a canteen building (877.9 m²), a billiard room, a summer canopy-cafe with a well-maintained territory (over 7,000 m²). The center is operational: electricity supply, water pipelines, fecal sewerage, heli-installations, and own heating systems are working. Refrigeration and heating equipment, billiard tables, barbecues — all of this is ready for use.
The territory has been landscaped: a green area with oak and coniferous trees, a garden, direct access to the water.
Initial price: 1,035,613.65 rubles (356.3 thousand dollars at the exchange rate). For the same money, new cottages are sold in this location.
