Today Lukashenka holds a big press conference for representatives of Russian mass media. While answering a question of a Russian journalist, he said: “I think that human rights are right to life, right to labour, to good salary.”
Lukashenka also mentioned that the state should provide the people with the means to support the family. However, it’s not the state business to make people rich oligarchs, Lukashenka noted.
The president also mentioned there are two or three persons who assaulted the building of the parliament on December 19, 2010 and who are sometimes called “political prisoners.” However, Lukashenka said it was good the riots in Spain and Portugal were broadcasted, and people could see the way “they” [demonstrators] were treated. Lukashenka also mentioned several hundreds of detainees after each European protest rally.
